Shannon Lyons was born January 25 1986 in Poughkeepsie, NY. She currently lives in Highland, NY with her mom, sister and 4 pets. Shannon graduated from FD Roosevelt High School High School in Hyde Park, NY in June 2005.

Shannon is a huge fan of music. She always enjoyed learning how to play instruments in school and playing at band rehearsals. Shannon has musical talent in her family. Shannon's cousin is Dana Lyons (Cows With Guns). Shannon doesn't remember him much, but always enjoyed his music.  In the summer of 2001, Shannon, her mom and sister got a great opportunity to work at Mariah Carey's Camp in Fishkill, NY. One day toward the end of the summer, Mariah made a visit to the camp and made everyone's day. Even though Shannon was an employee ( Mariah was only there for the kids) she got to stand next to Mariah for a the best few minutes of her life. Shannon's favorite artists are Aly & AJ, Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, Fall Out Boy, Kelly Clarkson, Mariah Carey, Corbin Bleu, Hanson and Ashley Tisdale.

In her spare time, Shannon loves to be outside playing sports (especially baseball, tennis and soccer). She loves going to NY Mets games with her family and friends. Shannon enjoys going to concerts when she can. Her friends describe her as Awesome, Fun and Sweet, cause Shannon loves to have fun, but don't worry, Shannon doesn't bite. hehe.
