This is The Voting Booth for the current and active cycle of The Countdown's web tally!  This is one of the two components of The Countdown, the other being The Countdown Mobile (for tablets, smartphones, feature phones)!   Unlike The Countdown Mobile, where one vote casted there equals 4 votes, each vote you cast per day only counts for one!

You get 100 votes per day or session. It is ADVISED that you use them all up in one run as the inability to do so will bar you from restarting with 100 every day. This is due to a server limitation that only sets the voting block (done via cookie block) when the user reaches 100 at any given time of the day.  The block is set for 10-12 hours.  So if you reached 100 votes at say...around 4 pm ET, you will not be able to vote until 4 am ET the next morning.  Basically, the block of 10-12 hours is in effect from the time you reach the limit, whenever it is!

In order to be equitable towards shared IPs, we have stripped IP address blocking so multiple clients in the same area can vote for different videos at the same time.  However, the cookie block remains and the block has a security measure in place that will notify our servers that a user has dumped their cookies and any and all votes within the 12 hour block made circumventing the block are automatically eliminated through the system.
