Well, we guess all good things must come to an end. If you work for any of those tabloids.
2. Child services anyone?
Not only does she not know what a child seat is, she doesn't know how to use her mannies. Oh yeah, not to mention all those friendly visits from child services. She needs to give thanks she lives in California and not the home state HQ of Musiqtone.
3. A breakdown 'Today'
The former pop princess breaks down, spills her guts, and tells all to Matt Lauer on the 'Today Show.' Bravo, Britney...
4. Baby, One More Time!
So one kid and a six-figure amount to K-Fed wasn't enough. You gave him another kid and another six-figure amount...and the means to launch his "music" career. Thanks a lot.
5. Dressgate!
Once again, fire your dressers and your stylists. Mr. Blackwell is calling on line 1, Britney.
He must have thought they have Soul Planes. Not only does he get busted 3 times for drugs at LA airports, he also gets nailed after a Leno taping for gun charges.
Here's another way to land on US Weekly: Get drunk, then get hungry for In n' Out burgers and use that as an excuse for driving drunk and speeding.
'Nuff said about this one. The Wham! boy got caught cruising in a public park...yet again.
I'm Agent DMX of the FBI. Right. Also he doesn't know what the seat belt sign is for.
What a year for Pete Doherty. He goes back with Kate Moss, but the highlight? Getting nailed for drug possession.

Top 5 Controversies of the Year
5. Not-so 'Greatest Love of All'
Tthat song certainly never applied to everyone's favorite crazy couple, Whitney and Bobby.
4. Not strong enough
We can guess 'Livestrong' couldn't apply to Lance's romance with Sheryl Crow. After months of being together, she felt he wasn't strong enough to be her man.
3. Divorcing McCartneys
The finger-pointing, the revelations, Heather's candid interview with ABC, the tabloids, alleged demands, how Sir Paul treats his women, need we say more?
2. Eminem divorce double
He's divorced her once, shame on her. He's divorced her twice...shame on him. Months after reconciling, the Shady-man decided to clean out the closet...again.
1. Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson
Well all good things must come to an end, right? While Nick has found love, Jessica has gone the other way, culminating in NFL QB Tony Romo spurning her for...Carrie Underwood. Ouch.
5. Dixie Chicks
They still aren't sorry about George Bush.
4. Payola
No need to explain, but if you want, seek out executive vice-head Jennifer Green to hear it.
3. Kanye West
The king of controversy...pretty soon we can add sore loser to his resume.
2. Britney Spears
Apparently not far behind Madge, but at least we know she isn't dropping Lourdes.
