Grace VanderWaal announces summer headlining tour, will drop new single

Musiqtone News

Coming off the heels of support for Florence + The Machine’s headlining tour, Grace VanderWaal announced today (June 11) that she will be heading out on her own headlining tour!  The tour will hit 23 cities and starts August 10 in Lexington, Kentucky before heading to major locales around the US such as New York, LA and Chicago.   The tour will conclude September 20 in DC’s famed 9:30 Club.  She will also be one of the headliners at this year’s Wonderfront Music and Arts Festival November 22-24 in San Diego.

Tickets for the solo tour, titled Ur So Beautiful will be on sale on Friday June 14 at 10 am local time. For additional information on tickets and special VIP packages, please visit

And on the subject of Ur So Beautiful, Grace will be releasing the single also named “Ur So Beautiful” on June 28 across all digital outlets.  “Ur So Beautiful” follows the release of her moody track “Stray,” which was the first new music release since “Clearly” in early 2018.

Grace says in the press release:

“I’m so excited for everyone to finally get to hear “Ur So Beautiful,” I can’t wait to perform it.  This song is romantic but it’s also empowering — it can be directed at anything or anyone. It’s also kind of a note to self… a song to boost your confidence. Like, I know I’m beautiful… don’t I know that? I always try to hide it but then when I’m alone and am looking in my bathroom mirror, I know I’m beautiful. I’m good enough. I hope everyone feels that.”
